• Analysed client reviews using FigJam to understand user pain points and areas of improvement of digital products
• Redesigned 3 digital products using Figma to incorporate brand guidelines, company goals and create a seamless user experience.
• Collaborated with a team of 5 software engineers to assess the progress of ongoing projects, facilitating smooth integration of design elements.

UX Design Intern • Yegobox – Kigali, Rwanda May 2022 - August 2022

• Collaborated with the product manager to brainstorm and refine the feature set for a mobile e-commerce application, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Crafted user flows and interactions using Figma, giving access to critical functionalities of the mobile application's minimum viable product (M.V.P.), emphasising usability and accessibility.
• Spearheaded the style guide development on Figma, fostering consistency and coherence throughout the design process and resulting in a polished, high-fidelity prototype for the mobile application.
